Jaycee Bridges is a certified public accountant and previously served as senior manager with KPMG, specializing in its not-for-profit audit practice. Her experience includes financial statement review and analysis, evaluation of internal control structure and assessment of grant compliance.  Further, she has experience working with nonprofit boards, including education on technical accounting topics and industry standards.  Jaycee is the Director of Finance for St. Charles Health System.

Mathew Hamlin, CPA, is a Senior Manager with Jones & Roth CPA and Advisory Firm in the Bend, OR office. He has a broad range of experience in assurance and taxation for both commercial businesses and non-profit organizations, specializing in Dental, Healthcare, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Behavioral Health & Real Estate. He enjoys working with his clients to provide valuable solutions for their financial goals and appreciates the long-term relationships that have ascended from those interactions. Mathew began his career in public accounting (2008) after graduating from University of Oregon with a B.S. in Accounting; Minor in Economics.

Kelly Herman is a public relations and business consultant. She works with startups, solo entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits with programs designed to promote growth and success. Kelly was a founding member of The Bloom Project’s Board of Directors.

Sue Jones is owner of HR4VR, an HR consulting firm specializing in helping vacation rental management companies with their human resource needs. Her innovative approach to HR and extensive experience encompasses businesses of all sizes in multiple industries. When addressing the needs of her clients, Sue is especially skilled at transferring her knowledge, skills and abilities across business channels in a personable manner. Sue is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is both SHRM-SCP and SPHR certified.

Erin MacDonald is a partner in the Trusts and Estates Department of Karnopp Petersen LLP.  She regularly counsels clients in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, tax planning, and charitable giving, and assists clients in the formation and tax-exempt qualification of non-profit entities.  Erin is an Advisory Board Member for the Central Oregon Estate Planning Council, an Advisory Board Member for U.S. Bank’s Central and Eastern Oregon Region, Member of the Oregon State Bar’s Tax Section Newsletter Committee, Board Member of the Central Oregon Community College Foundation, and Advisory Board Member of the Assistance League of Bend.  Erin has been named a “Rising Star” in the area of Estate Planning and Probate by Oregon Super Lawyers for 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015 and was recognized as an “Accomplished Under 40” recipient by Central Oregon Business Magazine.

Michelle Martin is the founder of Gairdin, a home decor and floral store in Bend, Oregon.  Her background includes floral design, visual merchandising, retail, business development and education. Michelle holds a Master’s in International Relations as well and collegiate teaching experience. Michelle was a founding member of The Bloom Project’s Board of Directors.

Romy Mortensen is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and a Project Manager at Brooks Resources Corporation, a real estate development company in Bend, OR. She manages the sales and marketing efforts for the company’s real estate projects and consulting services. Romy serves as a Board Member for Oregon Public Broadcasting (OPB), a council member for Oregon Community Foundation Central Oregon Leadership Council, a board member of West Bend Property Company, committee member of Art in Public Places, an advisory board member for World Muse, and was a founding member of The Bloom Project’s Board of Directors.

Jane Munagian is a talent development senior executive with over 20 years’ experience leading strategy, design, and implementation of transformational programs and innovative organizational solutions to  meet business objectives. Proven success in executing multi-phased implementations and directing teams impacting large constituencies. Demonstrated ability to solve difficult problems, mobilize diverse stakeholder groups, operate in complex environments and deliver strong results. Jane has held leadership positions at Accenture, Gap Inc. and Electronic Arts.
