Ways to Give
The generosity of individual donors enables The Bloom Project to give end-of-life care patients joy, beauty, and relief through the gift of fresh flowers. Patients tell us that the flowers touch them deeply not only because they remind them that they are loved, but also because the bouquets’ colors and fragrance bring smiles, warm memories, and renewed connection with their caregivers.
Please visit our testimonials page to see how your contribution to The Bloom Project makes a positive difference!
We invite you to become a sustaining donor with a monthly gift of $10 or more. The Bloom Project will automatically deduct your contribution until you tell us to stop. This means there will be no more reminders to renew and more of your contribution will go towards delivering gorgeous bouquets to patients.
Spreading your support over time is not only easier on your budget, but it also gives The Bloom Project the security of a reliable stream of program income to fulfill its mission.
Increase the impact of your gift to The Bloom Project with an employer match! Gifts of Securities
Gifts of appreciated securities, such as stocks and mutual funds, are excellent ways to support The Bloom Project. Such gifts are simple and may provide a greater tax benefit than an equivalent gift in cash.
A gift of stock owned for more than one year entitles you to an income tax charitable deduction for the full fair market value of the donated asset. If the stock has appreciated, you also avoid any capital gains tax on the appreciation.

Help The Bloom Project continue to be a source of joy, beauty, and connection for end-of-life care patients and their caregivers well into the future—consider a legacy gift through your estate plan.
Planned giving can be as simple as including a bequest provision in your will or naming The Bloom Project as a beneficiary of your retirement plan or life insurance policy. If you are looking for a way to supplement your income, consider a charitable gift annuity, or charitable remainder trust, which are gifts that will support The Bloom Project and pay you, or other designated beneficiaries, income for life.
Your gift, no matter the size, will help ensure that future generations will continue to bring joy, beauty and comfort to patients and caregivers who are experiencing the end-of-life process.
If you have made a provision for The Bloom Project already, we encourage you to let us know.
